Job Description:
Residential Property Conveyancer – Swindon
Fancy joining a forward-thinking, full-service national law firm where the residential property work is genuinely varied and busy (in a good way)?
The team works with a really interesting mix of clients – think high-net-worth individuals, investors, developers and long-standing referrers – so no two days are quite the same. It’s a great opportunity if you’re looking for quality work, a supportive team around you and a clear path for progression.
What you’ll be doing
*Running your own residential property caseload from start to finish, confidently and efficiently
*Speaking directly with clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations along the way
*Handling a varied mix of residential transactions in a fast-paced but well-supported environment
About you
*Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEx qualified
*Experience working within a residential property team
*Confident communicator with strong client care skills
*Organised, able to juggle priorities and keep things moving under pressure
*Someone who enjoys being part of a team and contributing to its success
If you’re a motivated residential property lawyer looking to join a respected and growing team in Swindon, I’d love to hear from you.
