We’re recruiting an experienced Management Accountant to join a well-established finance team within a values-driven organisation operating at scale across the UK.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, with accountability to the Financial Controller, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality management information, robust financial controls and insightful analysis that influences operational performance.

*Actively identify risks and opportunities through close engagement with operations
*Support budgeting and forecasting cycles alongside Commercial Finance and FP&A
*Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, policies and practices
*Provide day-to-day support to senior finance leadership including the Financial Controller, Director of Finance and CFO
About You
You’ll be a confident, hands-on finance professional who enjoys partnering with the business and challenging the status quo to drive improvement.
*Part-qualified / qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA
*Proven experience preparing management accounts to tight deadlines
*Strong experience with accruals, balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls
*Advanced Excel skills and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
*Analytical, commercially astute and detail-focused
*Excellent communicator, comfortable working with senior and non-finance stakeholders
What’s in It for You
*A purpose-driven role where finance genuinely supports better outcomes
*Exposure to senior stakeholders and complex, multi-site operations
*A collaborative, supportive finance team with strong development opportunities
*Hybrid and flexible working options
*A role with real scope to influence, improve and grow
