Job Description:
We are seeking Shunter Drivers to join our Hoddesdon Depot (EN11 0DJ) within the Müller Milk & Ingredients Distribution team. This is a permanent, full-time role offering flexibility, modern vehicles, and no overnight stays.
Shunter Pay & Benefits:
*Hourly rate: £16.63 - £27.32 (pattern dependent)
*Overtime: £18.71/hour
*Shift Pattern - Monday to Friday (2000 - 0600) or 4 on, 4 off
*Full time permanent contract, monthly pay, 33 days holiday (increasing with service), enhanced family leave, life assurance (x2), company pension (company will match contributions up to 4%), uniform, secure parking, and access to Müller Rewards discounts.
Shunter Role Responsibilities:
*Coordinate onsite bay movements ensuring all equipment is compliant.
*Put safety first and respect all road users.
*Complete driver and vehicle checks diligently.
Shunter Requirements:
*HGV licence, CPC and digital card desirable
*Max 6 minor points,
*Previous shunting experience essential
*Physically fit, reliable team player.
