Responsibilities
As a Financial Accountant, you will...
*Lead key aspects of the month-end process, ensuring deadlines are met and reporting is accurate
*Prepare and review journals, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations
*Produce monthly management accounts with supporting analysis and commentary
*Support the preparation of statutory accounts and liaise with external auditors during year-end
*Maintain oversight of balance sheet integrity, investigating and resolving variances
Requirements
As a Financial Accountant you will need...
*ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or finalist level with relevant experience)
*Previous experience in a Financial Accountant or similar role
*Strong understanding of month-end, reporting, and balance sheet management
