Warehouse Operative (Forklift / MHE)
Location: Rochester
Salary: circa £33,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
The Role
We’re working with a fast-growing manufacturing business looking to add to their warehouse team.
This is a hands-on warehouse role, not just a forklift position. You’ll be involved in a mix of forklift work, picking and general warehouse duties as part of a busy, well-run operation.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Operating forklift (counterbalance primarily, some reach exposure)
*Picking and preparing orders
*Loading and unloading deliveries
*Moving and storing stock safely and efficiently
*Supporting the wider warehouse team to meet daily targets
*Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and compliant
What We’re Looking For
*Experience working in a warehouse environment
*Forklift experience (licences don’t need to be in date)
*Comfortable with a mix of forklift and hands-on work
*Used to working in a fast-paced environment
*Reliable, hardworking and team-focused
