Internal Sales Executive
Birmingham (hybrid)
£26,500 plus £10k bonus
We are seeking a proactive and driven Internal Sales Executive for a 9month FTC to Perm role based in Birmingham.
This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in a customer focused environment, enjoys building relationships, and can confidently communicate with international clients. Your language skills will play a key role in supporting our European customer base.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage, nurture and grow relationships with existing customers
*Handle inbound enquiries and order queries
*Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring smooth end to end service
*Respond to customer emails and provide timely updates
*Maintain CRM records and support account management activity
*Communicate confidently in French or Spanish with international clients
*Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
What We’re Looking For
*Fluent in French or Spanish (both a strong advantage)
*Strong customer service or account management background
*Confident communicator with a professional, customer first approach
*Solid IT and systems skills; comfortable using CRM and order processing tools
*Experience in order processing, admin, and email communication
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*A proactive, driven individual who enjoys taking ownership and delivering results
