The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a consultant to join our Accountancy & Finance division in Leicester, focusing on recruiting for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control and Part-Qualified Accountant roles.
You’ll be stepping into a high-value market with the opportunity to grow and develop a desk that specialises in either temporary or permanent recruitment. You’ll nurture long-standing relationships and partner with a wide range of commercial clients across the region.

What can I expect day to day?
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll work within the Accountancy & Finance market, supported by colleagues and leaders with deep expertise in transactional and part-qualified finance recruitment. Your role will include:
*Running a 360 desk, supporting both candidates and clients with their hiring needs
*Providing expert, specialist advice to candidates across transactional and part-qualified finance roles
*Developing and implementing effective business development strategies
*Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
*Leading by example through consistent fee performance, activity and attitude
*Building strong market intelligence and staying ahead of trends
