Must have’s*Qualified Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer
*Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
*Proven ability to manage a full residential caseload, including freehold, leasehold, new build and complex transactions
*Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff
*Strong communication skills and a commitment to high-quality client care
*Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail
*Confidence using digital case management systems and new technology
*A proactive, collaborative approach with a positive "can do" attitude
