Cyber Security Operations Manager
- Lincolnshire based
- Full time permanent role with a large business
- Salary circa £65k plus bonus, great pension and more!
We’re working with a well-established organisation looking to appoint a Cyber Security Manager to play a key role in strengthening and evolving their cyber security capability. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative environment where you’ll take ownership of cyber operations, helping to protect critical systems, data, and infrastructure while driving continuous improvement across the business.
The Role
You’ll lead day-to-day cyber security operations, working closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure robust monitoring, incident response, and risk management processes are in place. This is a hands-on role with both operational and strategic elements.
Key Responsibilities
*Overseeing cyber operations, including threat monitoring and incident response
*Managing vulnerabilities and supporting remediation activities
*Supporting the development and delivery of cyber security strategy
*Collaborating with internal teams and third-party providers
*Driving awareness, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
*Experience in cyber security operations, SOC, or incident response environments
*Strong understanding of security frameworks and best practice
*Confident working across technical and non-technical stakeholders
*Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
