The Role - Multi Skilled Shift Engineer
As a Multi Skilled Shift Engineer, you’ll keep machinery running at peak performance through maintenance, fault finding, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do - Multi Skilled Shift Engineer
*Complete work orders via CMMS
*Carry out safe maintenance & repairs
*Troubleshoot faults to meet KPIs
*Deliver PPM tasks & reports
*Raise spare part requisitions
*Support continuous improvement
*Supervise contractors when required
*Maintain workshop & site standards
What You’ll Bring - Multi Skilled Shift Engineer
*Electrical & Mechanical qualification (NVQ Level 3+)
*18th Edition (or equivalent)
*Manufacturing/production experience
*Strong fault finding skills
*IOSH (or equivalent)
*FLT licence & IT literacy
