Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Southampton
Hours: Full Time (Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities


*Develop, implement, and optimise comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
*Manage and grow performance across key channels including SEO, PPC, paid social, email marketing, and display advertising
*Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
*Analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights, providing actionable recommendations
*Manage website performance, user journey, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
*Oversee content strategy in collaboration with content creators, designers, and external agencies
*Manage and optimise marketing automation and CRM workflows
*Monitor digital trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities
*Manage external suppliers and agencies where required
*Lead, mentor, or collaborate with junior marketing team members (if applicable)
*Report regularly on KPIs, performance metrics, and campaign effectiveness to senior stakeholders


Skills & Experience Required
*Proven experience in a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
*Strong hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, paid social, email marketing, and analytics
*Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, HubSpot, or similar)
*Experience managing budgets and delivering ROI-driven campaigns
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
*Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
*Experience in B2B and/or B2C digital marketing
*Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems
*Basic understanding of web development or UX principles
