Description
*Manage and oversee all financial reporting and month end activities.
*Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
*Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial statements for review by senior management.
*Monitor cash flow and implement strategies to optimise financial performance.
*Lead and mentor the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.
*Collaborate with other departments to support business planning and decision-making processes.
*Identify areas for cost-saving and efficiency improvements within the organisation.
*Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Profile
A successful Financial Controller should have:
*A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or Qualified by Experience
*Proven experience in financial management within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
*Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
