Profile
The successful Finance Director should have:
*Proven experience in financial leadership within the business services industry.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a love of data and transformation.
*Proficiency in financial systems and tools, able to improve processes and systems in a company built through acquisitions.
*A results-driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
*Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
*A recognised qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
