You’ll specialise across a blend of white- and blue-collar engineering roles, including:
*Production & Operations

*CNC & Manufacturing

*Electrical & Mechanical Engineering

*Design, Development & R\&D

*Maintenance, HSE & Field Service



Your role & impact
*Drive Growth; Expand Reed’s engineering presence across permanent, contract and interim markets.

*Strategic Sales: Work to KPIs centred on quality, service, and long-term client partnerships.

*Win New Business: Use your engineering market knowledge to secure clients, nurture relationships and build market share.



What you MUST bring
? Proven experience in Engineering or Technical Recruitment (essential – applications without this cannot be considered)
? Strong track record in sales, business development and winning long-term clients
? Ambition to step into leadership and develop others
? UK driving licence & access to a vehicle (regular client visits across the Midlands)
