Job Description:
Sales Negotiator
*Birmingham City Centre
*Up to £32,000 Basic Salary + Double OTE Commission
*Monday to Friday 9-5pm
About the Role
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Negotiator to join a successful property group. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for sales and relationship-building to play a key role in driving revenue and delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
*Previous experience in a sales or negotiator role within the property sector
*Understanding of valuation principles
*Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
*Ideally be a member of industry bodies such as NAEA or ARLA although not essential
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*Confident, resilient, and target-driven mindset
*Ability to build rapport quickly and influence decision-makers
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
*Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to closing deals
*Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and referrals
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
*Conduct negotiations to achieve the best possible outcomes for both clients and the business
*Maintain an active pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
*Provide accurate reporting and updates on sales activity
*Deliver a high level of customer service at all times
