Your responsibilities will include:
*Taking full ownership of P&L performance, driving revenue, profitability, and efficiency
*Leading a fast-paced operational site, ensuring high standards across service and delivery
*Building and maintaining strong, face-to-face relationships with key customers
*Driving account retention and growth through commercial insight and service excellence
*Leading and developing a management team, overseeing an indirect workforce of 50+
*Implementing improvements across operations, sales, and customer performance
Ideal for a General Manager with:
*Proven experience delivering revenue growth within a service and operations led environment
*Strong leadership experience managing managers and large operational teams
*Commercially astute with experience owning or influencing P&L performance
*Confident working directly with high-value customers and stakeholders
