Job Description:
This is a Hybrid role with 2 days in office
Job summary
*To support managers in developing knowledge and understanding of workforce information systems and their capabilities in order to optimise their use in managing the workforce.
*To provide support and training to managers and staff across the Trust to ensure systems are used effectively, appropriately and in accordance with Data Protection legislation.
*To take responsibility for specific areas of work within medical rostering particularly relating to Working Time Directive (WTD), contract compliance and roster support.
*To ensure the generation and distribution of reports relating to data collected following monitoring.
*To participate in the delivery of a comprehensive administration function to support the employment of medical staff, ensuring doctor contract and WTD compliance, co-ordinating the monitoring of junior medical staff rotas, providing rota information and other administrative processes as required.
*To provide varied and at times complex information on range of operational Medical Staffing issues, ensuring that Trust policies and standards, as well as national terms and conditions of employment for doctors are adhered to.
This may relate to:
* Terms and conditions of employment for doctors and Trust policy
* Monitoring reports and monitoring programme Ensuring rotas are New Deal and WTD compliant
* Ensuring all rotas are included on e-rota
* Ensuring that e-rota live is kept up to date
* Employee queries particularly relating to rotas
* Provision of workforce/monitoring information to Divisions
*Ensuring that juniors doctors have agreed to the new rota and sign off has been agreed.
