The Role
You will join as a Graduate Technical Consultant, combining technical problem-solving, investigation, and client interaction within a high-performance engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Investigate and resolve complex technical issues across enterprise software platforms
*Conduct structured technical analysis and problem-solving
*Support engineering teams in system performance and behaviour analysis
*Work across software and hardware environments
*Communicate technical information clearly to clients and internal teams
*Contribute to system improvements and development initiatives
Technology Exposure
You will gain hands-on experience across:
*AI & Machine Learning
*Natural Language Processing (NLP)
*SaaS & Cloud platforms
*Unified Communications / Contact Centre systems
*IT Security & enterprise infrastructure
Progressing into development using:
Python | TypeScript | React | JavaScript | C# | .NET | Java | C++
Requirements (STRICT)
*2:1 or above in a STEM degree (BSc / BA / Mphys / Meng / MMaths)
*(Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or similar)
*Strong academic background (A-Level A–B or equivalent)
*Clear interest in software, systems, and engineering environments
