Duties -
*Operate the extrusion line efficiently and in accordance with standard procedures.
*Manufacture products to exact specifications and meet production targets.
*Perform regular quality checks to ensure product consistency.
*Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
*Complete all necessary documentation accurately and on time.
*Report any machinery issues or production concerns to your manager.
*Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
Salary: £27,000 + £1,200 shift allowance per annum
Salary increase up to £30,000 with progression.
Shift Pattern: Continental shifts - 2 days, 2 nights (7am-7pm / 7pm-7am)
