Account Manager - Newcastle
Hybrid - £65,000
We’re working with a growing company in the technology and digital solutions space, delivering data-driven and marketing-led services to a range of B2B clients. They’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to help strengthen client relationships and drive revenue growth.
You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that create long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
*Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
*Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
*Deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and manage the full account lifecycle
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign and project delivery
*Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline visibility
*Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity
What We’re Looking For
*5+ years’ experience in Account Management within a tech or cyber environment
*Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
*Commercially driven with a track record of hitting targets
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
*Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
