Sales Executive | Field-Based | Competitive Basic + Uncapped Commission
Our client is a growing and ambitious company specialising in high-quality textile solutions for commercial and industrial clients. They pride themselves on excellent customer service, strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet customers’ needs.
As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join the team.
The Sales Executive Role:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business while maintaining and developing existing client relationships. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, promoting products and services, and contributing to the company’s ongoing success.
Key responsibilities include:
*Proactively generating new business through outbound sales, networking, and lead follow-up
*Managing and developing a portfolio of existing customers
*Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
*Preparing quotes, negotiating terms, and closing sales
*Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems
*Working closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer delivery
*Keeping up to date with products, market trends, and competitor activity
About You
We’re looking for someone who is confident, driven, and customer-focused.
You will ideally have:
*Previous experience in a sales role (B2B experience desirable but not essential)
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*A proactive and target-driven mindset
*The ability to build long-term client relationships
*Good organisational and time management skills
*Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
