CMA Recruitment are working exclusively with a charity based in the Andover, Hampshire who are looking to bring in a Finance Manager who will focus on developing and embedding robust financial processes delivering high-quality financial reporting. What will the Finance Manager role involve?
*Prepare timely and accurate monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and meaningful commentary
*Produce year-end statutory accounts, liaising with external auditors and ensuring compliance with Charity SORP and regulatory requirements
*Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow reporting, ensuring clarity and transparency for senior leadership and trustees
*Maintain strong financial controls to safeguard charitable funds and ensure compliance
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:
*Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
*Experience in financial reporting, including management accounts and statutory accounts
*Experience managing or overseeing a finance/accounts team
*Hands-on, proactive approach with strong ownership mindset
