Leading facilities across a world class manufacturing environment

Are you a strategic facilities leader ready to take ownership of a complex, high-performing manufacturing site?

We’re retained by a major industrial organisation seeking a Site Facilities Manager to lead plant-wide Facilities, Utilities, and Environmental performance across their busy manufacturing facility. This is a pivotal leadership role with full responsibility for ensuring operational continuity, compliance excellence, and the delivery of ambitious energy and carbon reduction targets.

The Opportunity

This is more than a facilities role-it’s a senior leadership position with real influence. You’ll shape both the short-term operational performance and long-term infrastructure and sustainability strategy of a large-scale manufacturing environment.

You’ll lead multi-disciplinary teams across facilities, utilities, and environmental functions, ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently, and in line with evolving regulatory and sustainability demands.

Key Responsibilities
*Provide visible, values-led leadership across Facilities, Utilities, and Environmental teams
*Own site-wide strategy for buildings, utilities, energy systems, and site services
*Drive environmental performance, CO reduction, and energy efficiency initiatives
*Ensure full compliance across HSE, environmental, and regulatory frameworks
*Lead capital investment projects and infrastructure upgrades
*Manage budgets, performance metrics, and continuous improvement plans
About You
*Proven senior leadership experience within facilities, utilities, or environmental management in a manufacturing or industrial setting
*Strong track record of building and developing high-performing teams
*Deep understanding of compliance, governance, and energy/environmental performance
*Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels
*Exposure to high-volume manufacturing, and experience with ISO 14001 / ISO 50001 frameworks, would be advantageous
Why Apply?
*High-impact leadership role with full site responsibility
*Opportunity to shape sustainability and carbon reduction strategy
*Work within a complex, fast-paced industrial environment
*Genuine scope to influence long-term business performance
If you’re ready to step into a role with real ownership and strategic influence this is a rare opportunity with both scope and career opportunity.
