Responsive Personnel are pleased to be working with a leading egg producer who are looking for Egg Packers to join their team near Marlborough on a temp to perm basis.
As an Egg Packer, you will be working alongside the Farm Manager to ensure the swift packing of eggs, and being sure to have the highest quality of eggs leaving the farm.
Working hours: 4 days on, 4 days off. 6am starts (typically 10-12 hours per day)
Salary: £13.35 - £14.00 per hour
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
*Remove any unsuitable eggs from the packing line and dispose of them in an appropriate way.
*Look for any inconsistencies within the eggs, and report this to the farm manager.
*Keep a clean and tidy work environment for Health & Safety reasons.
*Complete paperwork to ensure the tracking & traceability of the eggs once they have left the farm.
*Using an electric pallet truck, moving pallets from the packing area to the loading bay / on to a vehicle.
Experience & Qualifications:
*Previous experience working in a farming environment would be an advantage.
*Production / food production experience not essential but would be welcomed.
