We’re looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our Northampton team at Wickes, to provide high quality administrative support across the business.

This is a full-time, permanent role. You will be working Tuesday to Saturday – 08:00-16:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:


*Process daily orders accurately using WMS and delivery systems
*Manage goods-in, returns and despatch administration functions
*Coordinate and release order/ route picks, ensuring smooth workflow
*Prepare and compile driver paperwork packs for delivery crews
*Monitor and control carrier returns, maintaining system accuracy
*Ensure all site reports and administrative tasks are completed on time


What you need to succeed at GXO:


*Strong administrative experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
*Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
*Experience using WMS systems (Calidus/Wickes experience desirable)
*Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office/Google applications
*Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
*Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
*Proactive, team-focused attitude
