Location: Eastbourne
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Pay Rate: Starting at £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

Role SummaryAs a Production Operator, you will support day-to-day manufacturing activities, ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. You will work closely with colleagues on the shop floor and contribute to maintaining a positive and productive working environment.
Key Responsibilities*Operating production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
*Assembling, inspecting, and packing products to required quality standards
*Carrying out regular quality checks throughout the production process
*Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe work area
*Completing basic production records accurately
*Reporting faults, defects, or safety concerns to supervisors
*Working collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
What We’re Looking For*A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
*Previous production or manufacturing experience
*Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
*Strong teamwork and communication skills
*Reliable, punctual, and committed
