Account Manager
Location: Chester (ideally office based but happy to discuss hybrid)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
Salary: £30-35k basic plus bonus

What You’ll Be Doing
*Managing and growing existing key customer accounts
*Responding to enquiries, resolving issues, and delivering excellent service
*Producing quotes and converting opportunities into sales
*Proactively contacting customers to develop new business
*Following up on leads and maintaining accurate CRM records
*Monitoring account performance and hitting agreed KPIs
*Building strong, long-term client relationships
About you
*Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
*Highly organised with good attention to detail
*Comfortable managing your own workload and priorities
*A proactive, self-motivated approach
*Ability to build relationships and spot opportunities
*Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales environment (preferred)
