Job Description:
C&C Search is currently recruiting a Board Operations Administrator for a company operating within the energy sector, offering a fully remote set-up with monthly Board meetings in London, strong Board exposure and an immediate start on a 6-month fixed term contract.

Salary: £35,000 (pro rata)
Hybrid set up: Fully remote with attendance in London once a month for Board meetings

Key responsibilities for this Board Operations Administrator position:
• Coordinate monthly Board meetings, working alongside the Governance and Executive Assistant
• Prepare Board agendas, collate papers and ensure accurate and timely circulation
• Take confident and detailed Board minutes when required, including cover and additional meetings
• Track Board actions and follow up with action owners
• Maintain Board folders, digital filing systems and document libraries
• Provide ad hoc administrative support across the organisation
• Manage shared inboxes and correspondence
• Support basic diary management
• Keep templates and administrative processes up to date
• Assist with improving admin workflows and internal processes
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion


What background and experience are the company looking for?
• Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role
• Strong experience supporting senior or Board-level meetings
• Confident, accurate and professional minute-taking skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a less structured, fast-moving environment
• Strong written English and communication skills
• Confident using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
• A proactive, flexible and delivery-focused approach to work
