About the Role


This is a dynamic, full-time position where you’ll play a key role in keeping site operations running smoothly. You’ll provide essential cover across the team, stepping into different duties and operating a range of machinery. If you’re adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role will keep you engaged and challenged.


What You’ll Be Doing


*Operating loading shovels, forklift trucks, and material handlers (12-ton and 20-ton)
*Carrying out daily machine checks and reporting any defects
*Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with site procedures
*Supporting general site operations as needed
*Providing cover during holidays and absences across the team


Working Hours


*Monday to Friday: 07:30 - 17:30 (45 hours per week)
*Optional overtime available - up to 20 hours per week


What We’re Looking For


*Experience operating plant machinery (loading shovels, forklifts, material handlers)
*Relevant tickets/certifications are an advantage, but not essential
*Strong awareness of health & safety practices
*Flexible, reliable, and willing to take on a variety of tasks
*A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
