Job Description:
Paraplanner
Remote (United Kingdom)
Salary up to £60,000 +
This opportunity would suit an experienced Paraplanner who wants to work remotely, be trusted to manage their own workload, and be part of a business where paraplanning is genuinely valued.
If you enjoy technical research, analysis, report writing, and supporting good quality client outcomes, this role offers the chance to join an independent financial planning business where paraplanners play an important part in the advice process.
The business is looking for someone experienced, reliable and confident enough to work independently. This is a role for someone who can take ownership of their work, communicate well with advisers and administrators, and crack on without needing to be micromanaged.
Alongside a salary in the £60,000s, this role offers remote working and the chance to join a business that places real importance on technical expertise, attention to detail and clear client recommendations.
The Business
This is an independent financial planning business that provides advice across areas such as pensions, investments, tax planning, protection, mortgages and wider wealth management.
The business has a strong focus on personalised service, technical expertise and helping clients make informed financial decisions. Their approach is built around simplifying complex financial matters, providing clear guidance, and delivering advice that is tailored to each client’s circumstances.
Paraplanning is treated as a central part of the service proposition. Reports and recommendations are prepared by paraplanners who are independent of the adviser team, which gives the role real importance within the advice process.
They are now looking to add an experienced Paraplanner who can work remotely, manage their own workload and produce accurate, well considered work to deadlines.
The Role
Working as a Paraplanner, you will support advisers across a range of financial planning cases, helping to deliver clear, suitable and well researched recommendations for clients.
The role will involve carrying out technical research, analysing client circumstances, reviewing solutions, preparing suitability reports and ensuring recommendations are clearly documented.
This is not a role where the business wants to constantly check over your shoulder. They are looking for someone who is experienced enough to understand what needs to be done, ask sensible questions where needed, and then get on with producing good quality work.
You will need to be organised, accurate and comfortable working remotely. The business wants someone who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of deadlines, and can be trusted to manage cases properly.
The Benefits
Salary in the £60,000s
Remote working
