What You’ll Be Doing
*Leading and developing a small payroll team
*Managing multiple high-volume payrolls (fortnightly & monthly)
*Ensuring accurate, on-time processing across all payroll cycles
*Handling BACS, EPS, FPS, pensions, PAYE & statutory submissions
*Acting as the go-to for HMRC & regulatory queries
*Driving process improvements and strengthening controls
*Supporting finance with payroll analysis and reporting
What You’ll Bring
Proven payroll management experience
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent attention to detail and compliance knowledge
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Intermediate to advanced Excel skill
