Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive First Response Advisor to join an expanding team of claims handlers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support and advising them on processes. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inquiries, resolving issues, deciding liability and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
*Previous Motor Claims First Response experience is required and essential
*Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high standard of phone etiquette.
*Accurately enter and maintain customer data in our systems.
*Analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
*Engage in upselling opportunities by identifying additional products or services that may benefit the customer.
*Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed promptly
*Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide informed support.
*Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
*Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
*Ability to analyse information and provide clear solutions to customers.
*Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage.
*A positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
*Basic salary and quarterly bonus
