Job Description:
Our client, based in Hackney, is looking to bring on a Lettings Manager to help drive their branch forward. They are a forward-thinking agency who are always on the look to build and develop their brand.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Lettings Negotiator or an established Lettings Manager to join a company that offers fantastic career progression and great earning potential. You will also benefit from an excellent benefits package.
What they are offering the successful Lettings Manager:
*Up to £32,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)
*Complete on-target earnings exceeding £60,000 per year
*3-month guarantee
*Uncapped commission scheme

*Enrolment in a fully-funded training course that will earn you a nationally recognised qualification within the industry including an ARLA membership.

Duties of a Lettings Manager:
*Leading daily team meetings for the Lettings department
*Coaching and supporting the team to consistently achieve KPI targets
*Monitoring individual performance and conducting regular one-to-one reviews
*Driving team development, progression, and continuous improvement
*Maintaining a strong focus on generating both new and repeat business
*Building and nurturing strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
*Liaising with Tenants and coordinating property viewings aligned with their requirements
*Negotiating offers and securing new tenancy agreements
*Ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and promoting a risk-averse approach across the business
What you will require to be a successful Lettings Manager:
*Full UK manual driving licence
*Minimum of two years’ experience in residential lettings at Senior Negotiator level or above
*Strong team player who contributes to a positive, collaborative working environment
*Proven ability to communicate effectively and build trusted relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
*Skilled in developing and implementing branch-specific business plans
*Capable of monitoring, analysing, and responding to local competitor performance
*Solid understanding of current legislation governing Residential Lettings
*Able to manage high-volume, time-sensitive workloads efficiently
*Recognised for delivering exceptional customer service
*Confident working independently and using own initiative
*High level of accuracy and attention to detail
