Job Description:
We’re currently working with a well-established and growing construction contractor operating across London and the South East, delivering a wide range of projects including refurbishment, retrofit, restoration, fit-out and new build schemes across sectors such as residential, healthcare, education and commercial.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are now looking to appoint a Marketing & Bid Coordinator to support both their pre-construction and marketing functions.
This is a varied and pivotal role where you’ll be responsible for coordinating and producing high-quality PQQs, tenders and bid submissions, working closely with operational and commercial teams to ensure content is accurate, compelling and aligned with client requirements. You’ll play a key part in helping secure projects ranging from smaller works through to multi-million-pound schemes.
We’re looking for someone with strong written and organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role within construction, property, or the built environment would be highly advantageous.
In return, you’ll be joining a collaborative and forward-thinking business with a strong reputation for quality, a diverse project portfolio, and clear opportunities for career development as the company continues to grow.
