Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking to take the next step within a progressive, award-winning law firm? I’m currently working with a highly regarded, people-focused practice that has built an excellent reputation across Merseyside.
Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its busy and well-regarded Commercial Property team. The role offers flexibility on location, with opportunities available across their various Merseyside offices.
You will manage a varied and high-quality commercial property caseload from instruction through to post-completion, supported by an experienced legal and administrative team.
Key Responsibilities;
*Managing a full commercial property caseload, including:
*Sales and purchases
*Landlord and tenant matters
*Refinancing transactions
*Running matters from onboarding through to completion
*Ensuring files are managed accurately and in line with regulatory and internal compliance standards
About You;
*5+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property
*Strong technical expertise across a broad range of commercial property matters
*Excellent organisational and time-management skills
*The ability to work independently with a proactive and self-motivated attitude
