Description
*Work as key member of the Audit Team
*Role split 30% Audit 70% Accounts and Taxation
*Assist in the preparation of accounts for a variety of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
*Support the completion of tax returns and other required documentation.
*Conduct bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records.
*Collaborate with senior team members on audits and other client projects.
*Provide support for payroll processing and VAT returns.
*Communicate effectively with clients to gather required information and address queries.
*Keep up-to-date with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
*Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes within the Accounting & Finance department.
Profile
A successful Audit and Accounts Senior/Semi-Senior should have:
*Be ACCA or ACA Part Qualified with experience of carrying out Audits
*A strong academic background, ideally with a focus on accounting or finance.
*Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
*A willingness to learn and work towards a professional accounting qualification.
*Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
*Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
*Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools is an advantage.
