EA & Operations Manager (Temp to Perm)
C&C Search is currently recruiting a EA & Operations Manager on a temp-to-perm basis for a highly regarded boutique finance consultancy supporting the CEO, the team and the family office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, high-calibre firm in a varied role combining client services, operations, and office management, with genuine long-term potential.

Position: EA & Business Operations Manager (Temp to Perm)
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience)
Hybrid set up: 1 day working from home
Size of company: Small boutique firm with a flat structure and close-knit team

Key responsibilities for this Client & Business Operations Manager position
*Acting as a key point of contact for clients and prospects, delivering a high standard of client service
*Supporting Partners with client and prospect meetings, including note-taking, follow-ups, proposals, and documentation
*Coordinating consultancy assignments, tracking actions, and supporting delivery timelines
*Supporting business development and marketing initiatives, including website content, LinkedIn activity, and presentations
*Managing financial and operational processes, including invoicing, expenses, budgeting support, and liaison with external accountants
*Providing executive and administrative support to Partners, including diary management and meeting coordination
*Overseeing office operations, facilities, suppliers, and IT support
What background and experience are the company looking for?
*Experience in a senior administrative, EA, operations, office management, or client-facing support role
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities confidently
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with senior individuals and clients
*High attention to detail, discretion, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
*Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with experience using CRM, Xero, or LinkedIn advantageous
