The Purchase Ledger Assistant will be responsible for:


*Invoice processing
*Daily monitoring of the invoices mailbox
*Check through all invoices
*Query resolution
*Reviewing disputed invoices
*Prepare and update the weekly payment proposals
*Allocate all payments
*Taking incoming calls
*Liaise with suppliers

The ideal candidate will have the following:


*Previous Purchase ledger experience
*Team player and a good attitude
*Excellent attention to detail
*Ability to work on own initiative
