Legal PA Team Leader
London (Hybrid - 3 days office)
Salary mid £60’s+
A leading professional services firm is looking for a PA Team Leader to support several busy practice areas. This is a hands-on leadership role combining team management, operational oversight, and senior stakeholder support.
Key Responsibilities*Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple teams
*Support senior stakeholders with departmental coordination and projects
*Manage billing processes, utilisation, and reporting with finance teams
*Lead, mentor, and develop a team of PAs
*Allocate work, manage performance, and support recruitment
*Work closely with BD and other business services teams
About You*Strong PA/EA background with team leadership experience
*Experience in legal or professional services
*Highly organised, proactive, and commercially aware
*Advanced Microsoft Office skills
