Personal Assistant
Rate: £20–£22 per hour
Location: Central London
Contract: 1–2 months temp, with potential to extend

A media business is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior leaders within a fast-paced podcast division. This is a dynamic role at the heart of a growing content team, suited to someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
You’ll play a key role in keeping the team running smoothly, supporting day-to-day operations, coordinating activity across multiple stakeholders, and contributing to the delivery of high-profile content projects.
What You’ll Do
*Provide seamless diary and inbox management for senior team members
*Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and track actions
*Support team operations, including scheduling, travel, and internal processes
*Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners
*Assist with content schedules, launches, and team-wide initiatives
*Prepare presentations, documents, and general communications
*Help organise team events and support a positive team environment
About You
*Experience as a PA, Team Assistant, or Coordinator in a fast-paced setting
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
*Able to manage multiple priorities and work at pace
*Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
*Interest in media, content, or entertainment is advantageous
