Key Responsibilities
*Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients, including those transitioning from other advisers
*Provide holistic, independent financial planning advice tailored to client needs

*Maintain exceptional standards of compliance, professionalism, and ethics
*Take on leadership responsibilities, mentoring junior advisers and supporting team development
About You
*Chartered Financial Planner status is essential
*Proven experience in a financial planning or advisory role
*Strong relationship management and communication skills
*A professional, ethical, client-first mindset
*Demonstrable ability to generate and develop new business opportunities
*Previous management or leadership experience would be highly advantageous
