An established and highly regarded law firm in Winchester is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join its growing Private Client team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a confident private client lawyer looking to take a leading role within a well-resourced, collegiate, and forward-thinking firm.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage a varied and high-quality private client caseload.
*Advise individuals and families on a broad range of matters including:
*Wills, including complex and high-value estates.
*Probate and estate administration.
*Inheritance tax and estate planning.
*Trusts and trust administration.
*Powers of Attorney.
*Advising high-net-worth individuals and business owners.

*Build strong client relationships and play an active role in business development.
*Mentor junior members of the team and contribute to their development.
*Influence team direction and participate in strategic planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive in England & Wales.
*Significant experience in private client work, ideally at Senior Associate level.
*Comfortable handling complex matters independently.
*Strong client-facing skills with a commercial and empathetic approach.
*Ambitious, collaborative, and keen to contribute to team development.
