The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll act as the key point of contact for clients, supporting them throughout their journey with professionalism and care.
*Manage a high volume of client enquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses
*Maintain and update accurate case files, keeping all information current and accessible
*Clearly explain case updates and processes in a simple, client-friendly manner
*Liaise with internal legal teams to communicate client needs and support positive outcomes
*Balance multiple cases and prioritise tasks effectively based on urgency
*Accurately document all client interactions and ensure timely follow-up
*Handle client concerns with a calm, solutions-focused approach
*Provide administrative support including scheduling and file organisation
*Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure smooth communication
*Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service at every touchpoint

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
*Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service
*Ability to handle queries and resolve issues with confidence and professionalism
*High attention to detail and accuracy
*Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
*Competent in Microsoft Office and case management/CRM systems
*A proactive, problem-solving mindset
*Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic working environment
*Previous experience in legal, financial, or professional services (desirable)
*Awareness of compliance and regulatory standards (advantageous)
