A charity based in London are looking for a Permanent HR Business Partner to join them at short notice. The role is a strategic role with some operational elements. The role offers hybrid working with 3 days a week in the office.

A HR Business Partner to:
*Provide strategic HR support and guidance
*Partner with your client group to move away from a reactive approach to be more proactive and strategic
*Develop people plans, workforce planning, succession planning
*Lead a variety of strategic initiatives
*The role will still encompass operational and business as usual activity
*Lead on employee relations activity as first line support and advice, and collaborate with the ER specialist on more complex casework
*Build and develop strong stakeholder relationships
*Lead on change management activity including restructures and consultations
*Develop relationships were your client group view HR as credible and value add
*Advise managers on HR Processes
*Line management 1 individual
Profile
A HR Business Partner with:
*Strong employee relations knowledge
*Experience working in not-for-profit, retail, hospitality, FMCG or multi-site organisations is desirable
*Previous partnering experience
*Able to start at short notice
Job Offer

Salary up to £52,000 per annum
