The Role
You will support a busy conveyancing team on a wide range of residential property matters, including:
*Assisting with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Preparing contract packs and legal documentation
*Carrying out searches and reviewing title documents
*Managing post-completion matters, including Land Registry applications and SDLT submissions
*Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
*Supporting fee earners through to exchange and completion
This is a hands-on role offering real responsibility and exposure to high-quality transactions.
About You
*Previous experience in a conveyancing or property law environment
*Strong understanding of the conveyancing process
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Confident communicator with strong client care skills
*Proactive, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
