The Role
You will handle a high-quality and varied caseload, including:
*Complex Wills and Estate Planning
*High-value Probate and Estate Administration
*Trust creation and management
*Lasting Powers of Attorney
*Court of Protection matters
You will work closely with high-net-worth individuals, families, and trustees, delivering bespoke, strategic advice.
About You
*Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with strong Private Client experience
*Proven ability to manage complex matters independently
*Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail
*Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
*STEP qualification (or working towards) highly advantageous
