Job Description:
Location: Venue in NW9 5JH
Rate: £30–£35 per hour
Hours: Flexible (10–15 hours per week, 2–3 hours per day)

Reed Tutors is a provider of alternative provision, supporting students who are not currently accessing school due to special educational needs. We are seeking an experienced SEN Tutor to support primary-aged students, including those with autism, global developmental delay, and learning delay, through play-based learning in a venue setting.
The Role:
*Deliver structured, engaging play-based learning sessions
*Plan and prepare tailored lessons to meet individual needs
*Liaise with Reed Tutors, parents/carers, and the local authority regarding student progress
*Complete weekly progress reports
*Provide consistent, nurturing SEN support
Requirements (Essential):
*DBS registered on the Update Service
*Significant experience supporting students with SEN (autism, global developmental delay, learning delay)
*Strong ability to work with younger learners using play-based approaches
