Overview An opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to support a busy Reward function. This role involves providing administrative and operational support to up to five senior functional leads across areas such as compensation, benefits, and mobility. The position requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support


Manage complex and busy diaries for multiple senior stakeholders, resolving conflicts and coordinating schedules Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to arrange meetings and logistics Organise meeting rooms, video conferencing, and presentation materials Handle incoming calls and messages, ensuring timely and accurate communication Provide reception-style support when required, acting as a first point of contact Coordinate team meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions Manage visitor arrangements, including registration and on-site coordination Travel & Expenses
Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics Process expenses accurately and in line with company policies Operational & Team Support


Assist with presentation creation, formatting, and document preparation Support onboarding processes, including system access, equipment, and desk setup Raise and manage IT support tickets Coordinate team logistics such as desk allocation and flexible working arrangements Support finance-related tasks, including invoice processing Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services Organise team events and activities Collaboration
Work closely with a wider team of assistants to ensure seamless support and coverage Contribute to team coordination and shared administrative responsibilities Skills & Experience
Previous experience in an administrative or team assistant role Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proactive, adaptable, and able to prioritise effectively Key Attributes
