OverviewOur client is a dynamic, student-focused organisation committed to enhancing the overall experience of its community. They are seeking a HR Advisor (People Advisor) to join their People Team, supporting the delivery of a high-quality HR service across the organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to work in a collaborative and values-driven environment, contributing to both operational HR activities and strategic people initiatives.
ResponsibilitiesIn this varied and hands-on role, you will:
*Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle
*Support employee relations matters, offering practical and timely solutions
*Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes
*Promote employee wellbeing and support engagement initiatives
*Maintain accurate HR records and systems, ensuring data integrity
*Assist in delivering People projects and continuous improvement initiatives
*Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should demonstrate:
*Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally at Advisor level
*Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR best practices
*Ability to provide clear, practical advice to managers and staff
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*Experience using HR systems and managing employee data
*A proactive, solution-focused approach to work
*Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive workplace culture
