Job Description:
NoCatch 22 supporting a public-sector estates team with a short-term GIS Technician requirement to deliver a GIS project in the centre of Manchester.
*£19.23-£21.98 per hour
*35 hours per week (Mon - Fri)
*ASAP start - 3-month contract (to July)
*Hybrid - 2-3 days in office / rest from home
The Role
*Support delivery of a Digital Twin using GIS data
*Build, maintain and validate estates-related GIS datasets
*Produce visual analytics, reports and dashboards
*Work across ArcGIS, AutoCAD, Revit and Power BI
*Carry out on-site surveys to verify estate information
Ideal Candidate
*GIS degree or equivalent 3-5 years industry experience
*Strong ArcGIS experience essential
*Experience working with built-environment / estates data
*Confident querying and handling complex datasets
*Detail-focused and comfortable with tight project timelines
*Able to work on a temporary basis and start immediately
